This is an opportunity for potential new members to learn more about our club activities, charitable projects and membership. This event will be taking place at the Toronto Botanical Garden, located at 777 Lawrence Ave E. This event will start promptly at 11:15 am. As you enter the building you will see signage directing you to the meeting space. You do need to register for this event, see button.
Here is some information about the event:
The Garden Club of Toronto (GCT) is within the main building of the Toronto Botanical Garden at 777 Lawrence Avenue East. There will be a member of the GCT at the front door to help you find your way.
The program for the day looks like this:
11:15 am – Welcome, About the GCT
11:30 am – Floral Design presentation
12:15 pm – Introduction to Flower Shows and a sneak preview of our monthly show
12:30 pm – Snacks and Mingle
1:00 pm – General Meeting and Speaker
2:30 pm – You are welcome to return to the Flower Show along with GCT Members or ask members any questions you may have.
The monthly general meeting will feature our speaker, Netami Stuart - TOPIC: Park Making on Toronto's Waterfront Island
